We breed on a very limited basis, only 1-2 litters per year. Our dogs are only 8-9 pounds so they have smaller litters, usually only 3-4 puppies. Because of the limited availability of our puppies we only start a waiting list when we know our Mama dog is pregnant. We will post on our “Available Puppy” page when our waiting list is open. At that time you should contact us to put down a deposit and be placed on the waiting list.

We want to place our puppies in their new homes based on their personality. In order to do this, we have you reserve your “pick” of the litter–1st pick, 2nd pick, and so on. When the puppies are 8 weeks old, we arrange a time for you to meet and choose your puppy in the order you have reserved. Puppies are ready to go home at 10 weeks. All puppies are the same price. All of our pet puppies are placed with a spay/neuter contract (also known as “limited AKC registration). You will receive your AKC registration papers when you send us proof of spay/neuter.
